Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Each bounce house, combo, and water slide have slightly different requirements, but general rule of thumb:

13×13 Bounce House/ Combo Limits:

  • 8 – Kids 8 & Under
  • 5-6 – Kids 9-12
  • 4 – Teens
  • 3 – Adults

15×15 Bounce House/Combo Limits:

  • 10 – Kids 8 & Under
  • 6-8 – Kids 9-12
  • 5 – Teens
  • 4 – Adults

These are estimates and weight capacity vary depending on the specific bounce houses or combo models. 

 

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

If your inflatable is designed for water, there will be a hose attachment and the delivery personnel will go over how to use it.

Do not use water on a bounce house that is not approved for water use, thank you!

We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further than 25ft, please let us know so we can bring a different hose!

Yes! We deliver, set up, and take down the rental for you!

We do not allow customer picks ups due to liability and following all state specific regulations as amusement park safety inspectors.

 

We guarantee that you’ll have your bouncer on time for your
party. We start dropping off equipment from 7:30 am and pickups can take place as late as 9:30 pm.

Bounce Houses and Water Slides can be set up in private settings such as a backyard, or public settings like churches, schools, and parks. If setting up in a park or public place, we will need prior approval before setup to ensure inflatables are allowed to be setup in those areas by the owner or employee of the public area.

To ensure safe operation and meet PA State Amusement Ride Regulation standards, the unit must be placed on flat, non-sloping ground. An open, grassy area approximately 18′ x 18′ is the ideal setup spot. We can also accommodate setups on asphalt, concrete, or dirt with advance notification during reservation and possible additional fees.

Additionally, the location must be within 100 feet of an electrical outlet or it will require a portable generator which can be rented along with the inflatable.

Yes, we setup in Gymnasiums frequently! You will need a large space approximately 20′ x 20′ with a ceiling clearance of at least 16′ depending on what your rent.

Our team will ensure you are setup with the right equipment for your location!

We begin dropping off equipment from 7:30 am and pickups can take place as late as 9:30 pm in our busiest season.

Our rentals start at 10:00am and end at 6:00pm for a full day. We drop off early, and pick up later in an attempt to provide our customers with as much time as possible. If a specific drop off/pick up time is required let us know when booking so we can schedule this in our route planning. 

We understand that some parties are not all day, but, all rentals are priced on a full day to ensure we can drop off and pick up the rentals for our customers who’s parties begin at different times of day.

We deliver the day prior, or up to 1 hour prior to your event start time. 

Approximately 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery date we will call the number you provided; to schedule a specific arrival time within a 3-hour window.

We guarantee that your bouncer will be there before your party starts for all reservations made within 2 days of your party.

We ask for a 45-60 minute set up window. We also conduct a full safety inspection during the set up time and give a quick tutorial on safety rules with the renter to ensure a fun and safe experience for all.

We prefer the person in-charge of the unit is there to learn how to use the blower incase of a power outage. This will reduce the down time of a unit if your circut blows, or your generator runs out of fuel.

If you are not home, we will require you to mark the location for where you want the bounce house, but may move that location if it is unsafe for you and your children.

You will be required to watch a safety video, but we highly recommend you be available for 5-minutes to learn the safety requirements for your unit from our amazing staff.

A $50 deposit is required to reserve your bounce house and can be paid via credit card. This is non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to inclement weather, and the weather cancelation is agreed upon by both Keystone Bounce representative and the customer.

The credit card will be charged the Wednesday prior before the weekend rental.

Cash payments can be made same day prior to setup.

You may cancel your reservation due to inclement weather, but it must be at least 3 hour prior to the scheduled delivery time to ensure our drivers are not on the way.

If you plan to reschedule your event, we will do our best to rent you the same unit based on availability. 

Once a delivery team arrives, we do not refund payments.  

Delivery teams have discretion to not set up a bounce house if weather or safety conditions would put you or your children at risk. We will proactively monitor your zip codes weather, but expect our customers to be aware of their surroundings to keep us informed of conditions that would jeopardize their children’s safety and allow us proper time to cancel our route if need be.

Our top priority is to keep you SAFE. We are in the business of making parties fun, not shutting them down. We can answer any additional questions, but lets hope for a perfect day of fun!

Bounce House – For bouncing specifically. We have many themes for any party!

Combo – A bounce house with a slide connected. Usually the side is inside the bounce house or connected to the side. The children really enjoy climbing up the slides ladder and sliding down. This gives them additional excitement, but also a break physically from jumping.

Dry/Wet slide – These can range in size. Measured from the highest point of the water slide, not the slide itself. We have multiple sizes, 15′, 16′, 18′. Our duel slide will make you feel like you are at a personal carnival. It is fun for everyone, young and old!

Yard Games – Why buy and store these items when you will likely just lose a piece, break it, or never use it again? We will take care of it for you so it doesn’t end up in a  yard sale 5 years later!

Generators – To keep the party going when the inflatable is to far from a power source
